Easy day today ('cruisy' if you are a kiwi), Michael took Bethany swimming this morning to the leisure pool in Porirua. They had a fantastic time going down the Hydro slide, lounging in the lazy river and enjoying the waves in the main pool. I of course had a lovely Sunday morning to myself!
In the afternoon we went shopping but decided to stop off and watch some planes at the airport. You may think why? Well on a windy day in Welly there are some hair raising take offs and landings and although its one of those things we don't want to watch...we just have to!
With a hotdog in hand each (and me eating most of my hair with it) we stood and watched some planes land side-ways (hey don't let this put you off coming to see us!). 
On our shopping trip we bought some of the most gorgeous candles and holders from The Warehouse (to you lot in the UK its like Wilkinsons) - our home is now a chilled, relaxing, cosy space.
We finished our relaxing day with a lovely talk to Grandma on Skype, Bethany enjoyed her bedtime story immensely...
