Every day on the way to Kindy we see the train, packed with people off to work, starting another day. Bethany always asks where everyone is going, a perplexed look comes over her face and she always says 'I wish I was old enough to go on the train...'.
We have no excuses really as the train station is literally 5 minutes away, so on Thursday I surprised Bethany at Kindy and took her off on an adventure to the City - on the train...

We are Michael, Marrisa, and Bethany Dawes, a family of 3 from the UK who emigrated to New Zealand in 2006. Denver is our SPCA 'lucky dip' pup, the newest member of the Dawes family.
Taking New Zealand by storm we have been engulfed with excitement, laughed with joy and cried in pain whilst all in the search of a better life. We can now honestly say we have found it!
